snip does belong to me, bu system says it does not

This might have to do with me having two accounts. My previous posted
asked if you can merge any @coachmaria.com accounts and
@elevatingyourbusiness.com

I am in the account I know I have, and tried to claim my snip
following a post in thie googlegroups. HOwver, it says it's not
mine... and it is (I saw the link it takes people to)
