We're addressing the problem.
Banning an entire domain when it is spamvertised shows that some of
these BLs are way behind in technology. It's like blacklisting
Yahoo.com because some people use it for spamming. Yahoo.com, just
like Snipurl.com, does everything that is technically possible with
modern technology to discourage misuse of their service.
We even have a live snipurl-disabling feature accessible to *everyone*

http://snipurl.com/site/reportspam -- which instantly flags the
abuser for our observation. As some of these idiots have noticed, I
don't think twice before knocking them off entirely from the system,
including the blocking of their entire IP range.
Let me keep this list posted on how URIBL responds.
