One item I didn’t see in the documents, and suggest for inclusion (and is germane to the broken link issue) is the notion of exposing and controlling(if available) the data consistency model. By way of example there’s S3’s eventual consistency, and the more SAN-like “a write is published to all readers immediately when the write returns.”

Good input. Perhaps the consistency model could be specified as part of the container metadata.
