Khatha Transfer Meeting

Hi Guys,

Lets meet on this Saturday around 11 AM to dicuss about Khatha
transfer. I have spoken to Suresh regarding this. Once around 15-20
members are ready, we can apply together. It might take 1 month to get
it processed.

Hi,

Thanks Prabhu for the initiation. I got some urgent work and had to travel. I am out of station and will not be available on this Saturday. But its a yes from me and my brother for the decision taken on the Khata transfer. I will be available from this Sunday for any further discussions.

Hi All,
The following documents are required for khata transfer.
1. Original Sale Deed + Xerox Copy
2. Previous mother deed Copy
3. Encumbrance Certificate from the date of registration
4. Up to date Tax Paid Receipt Copy
5. Rs 200/- National Savings Certificate from Post Office.
6. 2% Transfer fees on the stamp duty paid during registration

Hi Benzan,
The latest update is that builders were busy & some registrations are
still pending and builders are waiting to complete those registrations
and do the khata transfer at once. so we need to arrange meeting with
them to initiate this quickly.
