I don't suppose there is a way to run Snarl from a flash drive or
other portable drive is there?

You are right - there is no portable version of Snarl available...

I was contacted about this a long while back but didn't get very far
with it. I've not really looked into this side of things but - given
the various ActiveX registrations required, I'm not sure it's viable.
If anyone disagrees, please let me know - I'd love a USB-only version
of Snarl...

A stack of melon libraries which I've developed over time. These are
all VB6 ActiveX (COM) DLLs.
