Sorry for the late notice, but I would like to have a club meeting this week. We need to get everyone from the different projects set up, and I want to get started on the projects. Also, it will be nice to get everyone together in a room at once so we all can see who we are. I want to plan for Wednesday at 6:00 and unless I hear from a lot of you that you can't make it, we'll do that.
Any idea on how long the meeting's gonna take? Cause I might be able to get off work long enough if it were 30 mins - 1 hour, but even that might be stretching it for me.

An hour at the longest. If we need to be done in 30, that should be no problem We usually end up goofing off talking for a while durig most of our meetings. I'm sure we can cut it out so you don't have to worry.

I have class from 5-6:30 Mondays and Wednesdays, so I'll probably be late.
I just realized you guys had a meeting last week...I hadn't checked the board...Could you please update me on the projects/ what happened at the meeting?
