Got three jars of that relish just yesterday.
My wife was practically dancing in the kitchen as I opened the box.
I really need to be more careful about what I let her try.
Her liking something can really cut into my eating.

I thought about using it on some braised short ribs last night but decided that might be over the top just a touch.

Note - I'm hoping Glenn is not like one of those street pushers.  You get a good deal on the first jar or five and then WHAM!

I really didn't leave much when I transplanted to from the Northeast to the
Lowcountry. However, I do miss the charcuterie and forcemeats of the
northeast and midwest...

That looks mighty tasty!
