> 1- Up till now, a good number of our colleagues have not yet submitted their graduation project hard copies. The final deadline is Thursday Nov.6, 2008 as the two examiners have to read your work first before discussion. Kindly, hurry up with you project copies.
> 2- The days of discussion have been settled to be on Saturdays November 15, 22& 29, 2008 from 10:00 am. to 4:00 pm. with one hour rest from 12 00 noon to 1:00 pm.. Each one hour, four of you will be discussing their projects with the examiners plus other two as a standby each hour. Kindly, send me ASAP two preferences of the day and hour of your discussion as I have to tell the two examiners who will be discussing his project in each scheduled day to bring the respective hard copies with them. The first four persons whose e.mail I rceive will only be scheduled in their desired day and hour. Those whose prefences have been received after the first four scheduled will be put as standby in the specific day bearing in mind, that we have only two standby each day.Those who have not submitted their work yet are, as well, intended by this scheduled days and hours. As we are approaching the graduation ceremony day, no project discussion will be afterward.

I wonder how my name was missed in that schedule . Mr. Mohamed Hussein have sent Email for you to register himself and me in 15th of November at 2 o'clock with dated 29-10-2008 .
any way can I register my self in 15th of November at 1 o'clock.
