 Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'TP_TEXT' in /lib/smarty3/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatelexer.php on line 363

You have not updated all files. At least you are using an old version
of smarty_internal_templateparser.php.

There was a problem with php.ini mbstring.func_overload !=0.

This is fixed in the SVN trunk and the fix will be included in 3.1.8
