Hi everyone :)
I wanted to ask: is there a roadmap for Smarty? I mean, any 3.2 version or greater? Maybe a writing from scratch for improving performances (just saying...)?

Smarty 3.2 is under development. It will include couple of new features and enhencements. Some of the internal structure has changed and some internals have been rewritten.
I expect the first release of 3.2 early 2013 (depending my personal workload at my job)
