snippets for emacs lisp coding

hi guys,

in the past weeks, i took some time to create a snippet set for emacs
lisp coding.

Currently it contains 105 of the most frequently used elisp
functions.

(João, i know you are doing some new system i haven't had time to look
into, but am guessing it doesn't have to do with emacs lisp mode
