[SLUG] Extra Debian DVD's

Hi all,

I am going to download the Debian 6.0.5 DVD and extra DVD's

The extra DVD's as far as I know are the files in the Debian Repository.

I want copy those DVD's onto my PC.

What is the best way in getting Debian to look at my pc first and then
if it can not find the files to then go onto the Internet to download
the files.

Please advise.
