København K. Chocolate and Love is a UK based chocolate producer. The
company was founded by Richard O’Connor and Birgitte Hovmand.

Chocolate and Love aims at being a sustainable chocolate producer, and
has chosen in their own chocolate to use organic ingredients from fair
trade cooperations and to support reforestation through weforest.org

Apart from producing their own chocolate, Chocolate and Love has one of
the biggest and unique selections of award winning artisan chocolates
brands from around the World. The chocolate brands we will sample at the
tasting have won gold or silver at chocolate/food awards like Academy of
Chocolate Awards or UK’s Great Taste awards, such as:

During the tasting, Richard O’Connor will introduce us to the chocolate
