	Trouble with "Authentication Required" pages.
	When attempting to access a page contained in a restricted access folder, requiring login, an "Authentication Required" window opens, but the form most often does not load so users can log in. latency

Simulating slow network connections (i.e. bandwidth) is great - but what about latency? Would be great if I could specify a delay (connect time) for each request to simulate latency in addition to the data transmission rate.
