[www.sljfaq.org] Dead link fixes

I've done a small amount of work on the www.sljfaq.org website's
internal links, and also added some extra rules to .htaccess to fix a
few dead links. The .htaccess rules caught somebody out this morning,
but only one visitor was affected before the rules were corrected
again. I am watching the log files periodically to make sure that no-
one else gets caught but it seems to all be working correctly right
now.
