Slide Share .NET API - Upload times?

I have been using the .NET API wrapper and have noticed that there is
sometimes a long time for my slides to actually come through to my
user account, and the code that is returned from the slideshare api.
2560724 - took approximately 15 minutes to come through (also takes
same time for PDF files to upload)
Is this normal? I noticed that in my code there was '/home/slideshare/
queue/' in the embed code, which now that it has come through has
changed.
