Drop down menu hides behind slide share flash object

Hi,
Im developing a drupal site http://outflyers.com/
Im embedding code form slideshare.net
On home page when I mouse over on main menu It hides behind
slideshare embedded object.
In case of youtube videos http://outflyers.com/content/four-principles-career-distinction
, It works fine.

How this can be fixed for slideshare object.

Hello,
This problem might be a result of the z-index property of the slideshare flash player. Please try tinkering with the same to see if it solves the problem.
