Error 500 on get_slideshow_info

Dear Slideshare team,

suddendly the get_slideshow_info started to give error 500 with the
same calls we have been using in the latest 2 months (working ones).

May you please check the issue?

The issue has been fixed, and the changes should be going live in the

I am still getting the issue - especially annoying as it is a plugin
for Wordpress I've written. See for example here:

Still Getting following error

The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of
the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more
information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned
an error: (502) Bad Gateway.

Please help me out..

get_slideshow_info seems to be working fine at the moment.

Could you provide me with some more detailed information about the
requests that you are making? This will help us track down the issues
that you are having.
