Day Camp Forms and Money

I am planning to submit Day Camp Applications this coming week; I have the following scouts on my list for registrations:
 
--Brennan Blackledge; Need health and volunteer forms
--Zachary Evans; Good to go!
--Trey Wall; Need medical forms
--Carson Dohm; NEED MONEY and all forms
--Kevin Falterman; NEED MONEY and all forms
--Travis Berres; Good to go!
--Jackson Batuk; NEED MONEY and all forms
 
If you are not on this list and want to be, I need you to drop your money and forms to me by TOMORROW, Monday, April 29th.  My address is 132 Dillon Dr., Slidell; 417-291-3769 to make arrangements.  If you are on this list and changed your mind, please let me know.  I cannot submit your application without all forms and money--and I'm getting a Pack check tomorrow, so I need to know ASAP if you're going to be getting your application to me.
 
If you'd like to apply to camp after I submit the forms, you can do so through the SELA offices.
