Manual updated

Hi guys,
I've uploaded my latest snapshot of the Sleep manual. Its getting
there. I've been working on a refresh of the regular expression
chapter, filled in a lot of examples in the function reference, and
made some progress bringing the manual in sync with the latest Sleep
betas (not there yet, see todo list).

Here are the things I have to do yet:

1. fill in examples in the function reference
2. fix bug with func reference "see also" generator
3. finish regex chapter
4. write integration chapter
5. fix fork section of I/O chapter (the change to the fork sharing
semantics impacted this one hard)

Once these tasks are complete we will have a usable manual. Once this
beast is done I'll release Sleep 2.1 (its only taken ~2 years).
