Adventures in AI: Writing a Spelling Corrector
Raphael Mudge, a Syracuse based code hacker, is close to launching a product to help people write better. Rather than give a marketing pitch, he will take us into some of his technology and the process he used to develop a better product. You'll get a refresher from 5th grade science class, an understanding of some artificial intelligence techniques, and know more than you ever thought you would about spelling correction.
