Hi there,
Next week I'm talking to the Syracuse, NY ACM chapter about my writing improvement technology.  I'm doing some fun work with neural networks (in Sleep of course) to help make smarter writing improvement tools.

Announcement is below.

Adventures in AI: Writing a Spelling Corrector

Raphael Mudge, a Syracuse based code hacker, is close to launching a product to help people write better.  Rather than give a marketing pitch, he will take us into some of his technology and the process he used to develop a better product.  You'll get a refresher from 5th grade science class, an understanding of some artificial intelligence techniques, and know more than you ever thought you would about spelling correction.
