Subject: Regattas
Hi Everybody

I am currently working on our years calendar and would like to know which events we can expect people to turn up for. Some idea of numbers as a reference for all teams would be great. The more we can all coordinate the better the regattas and the financial savings we can all make on transport or other possible shared costs, once we have definite commitment.

US National Championships September Larchmont, NY
Sail Sydney November 1st - 4th, Sydney, Aus
Sail Melbourne November 6th - 11th, Melbourne, Aus
Americas Regatta December 2nd - 4th, St Petersburg, FL
Coaches Regatta December , Port Charlotte, FL
IFDS Worlds January 7th - 15th, Port Charlotte, FL
Miami OCR January 22nd - 28th, Miami, FL
St. Petersburg NOOD, February , St. Petes, FL (Scott/Jen would we be able to get a start there and if so what would be the minimum number of boats for a start)
Disabled Mid-Winters, February, St. Petes, FL
Semaine Olympique, April 22nd - 27th, Hyeres, France
Sail For Gold, June 4th - 9th, Wey & Port, UK

I will speak to the Sonars but if we could organise another regatta in W&P close to either Hyeres or S4G or instead of Hyeres please indicate if you'd be interested and if so when?

I'd be grateful if everyone could get back to me as soon as possible so I can maybe setup a spreadsheet again.

Regards

Hi Alexandra,

What about attending the DeltaLloyd regatta in Medemblik? Sonar and
2.4 are already listed.
This is from 22 to 27th of may.

or....

Early April. last weekend of March.   Mallorca, Las Palmas.  (last
year the 2.4 attended with 10 boats)
This would be a perfect event before the SOF.

I believe we could talk with Vanessa (ESP-coach) about this as well.

Regards,
Akko
