Iteration 7 meeting

Folks,

I've added the notes for Iteration 7 to the wiki, at <http://code.google.com/p/skua/wiki/Iteration7

Iteration 6 turned into a loooong iteration, from 12 September to 10
October, mostly because the VOTech meeting was in the middle of it,
along with Astrogrid's 2008.2 release, and other projects pressed
their imperatives.
