There is a Public Safety App Hackathon coming up on Friday and Saturday at the Foundry in Palo Alto. The Department of Homeland Security wanted us to include a security challenge as part of this. AT&T has worked with some of our partners to get people from Veracode, Appthority and Lookout there to scan apps and provide expertise to the developers during the event.
The event is posted at: http://mobileapppublicsafety.eventbrite.com/
I’ll send you more information as we schedule them.
Thanks,
Miles
