Club Business - Change to Membership Chair

Hello SJAA Members, present and future,

For the past year and a half, I have had the privilege of serving as the Membership Chair for the San Jose Astronomical Association.  This is an important responsibility which includes tracking the membership of our organization, welcoming new members and processing renewal requests, and answering questions about the benefits of being a part of the SJAA.  During that time, I've met a lot of people, either virtually/online, or in person (which is always better) and it's been a great position to be in.  As you've probably guessed, I also hold other roles within the SJAA, specifically, I serve on the Board of Directors an officer and I also work as Publicity Chair to promote our club and ensure that word gets out about the happenings.

The time has come to pass the torch of Membership Chair to Harsh Kaushikkar.  Starting now, club membership business will be handled by him.  He's organized, sharp, and has been active with the club, and he will do a great job with it.  When your membership comes due, Harsh is who you will be hearing from.
