School: need donation for flat screen monitors and newer types of computers

Hi all,

San Jose/Sunnyvale/Mountain View area: I am in the volunteer network to replace the school’s older computers to newer donated one. We are badly in need of flat screen monitors to replace bulky and electricity-hungry CRT screens from the 1990’s in the classrooms. The funding has been cut to the bare bone, and the schools’ computers are running on volunteers’ help. So sad!

So if you have some unused working flat screen monitors, please consider donating to the schools. I will come to your offices to take it it.

The teachers also need the newer computers that can run Windows 7 OS.

I have missed the picture sessions many times and it looks like I will miss it again this time because I am currently in Helsinki, Finland. Could it be possible to postpone this picture taking session for one day? I will be back late Friday night and can be there on Saturday or any time after that.
