June Six Hour Startup Technology

Hello,

A couple of things:

1) Any opinions on the technologies/platform to use for the June six hour startup?  (Django, Ruby on Rails, Facebook Widget)
2) Anyone interested in being the "tech lead" for June?  (work with the Idea Owner to figure out how to solve the problem and prepare to the degree that developers can arrive on Saturday and be productive)
