Hi,

A possible improvement to the SIOC Specification is to add an
"infobox" to the top of the specification, pointing to available tools
for discussing SIOC and learning more about it:
- SIOC website
- wiki
- (this) mailing list
- #sioc irc channel (on irc.freenode.net)
- ...

There can be space for infoboxes with other kinds of information as
well. Thus, John suggested that we could have infoboxes pointing to
ontologies related to SIOC ("friends of SIOC" :D ) and infoboxes with
simple code examples.

The "infobox" approach was mentioned by Milan Stankovic when talking
about techniques that ontology developers use to increase community
participation. He pointed to the use of such infobox at the top of the
specification of the Music Ontology:

Hi,

I mentioned it, indeed :)

... and infoboxes with simple code examples.
Do you mean something like they have in FOAF Specification [1] ? In my opinion it is really a question whether it is better for people who read it to have one extremely long document with examples for all classes and properties or have separate ''how to'' documents (e.g. ''how to represent a blog post using SIOC'').
