You will need to contact someone from DERI (cc: John Breslin) to ask
about this particular dataset. It was not released to the general
public therefore the "access denied" response is not surprising.
You could also produce some SIOC data yourself by installing a SIOC
plugin on a [social web] site that you have access to and crawling its
RDF data.
