SemRadar - developers preview

Hi,

Please find attached an early preview version of the Semantic Radar
Firefox extension.

(The preview may be more raw that release versions. Also, extension's
files are not archived in .JAR and you can change the code if you find
relevant source files under Firefox profile directory. Changes take
effect after a reboot).

What has changed: will detect and indicate presence of all RDF
autodiscovery links (compared with detecting only DOAP, FOAF and SIOC
before).
Known issues: the version number says #ver# for now.

Please report any issues and suggestions. We will add some more
functionality (e.g., Sergio's code for detecting RDFa) before the
final release.

It should light up RDF, FOAF and SIOC icons.

Hey all, hope you had a good start into 2008...

Just tried to install semradar.xpi by opening the file in Firefox
version 3.0b2, which simply said "Not going to install, semradar.xpi
is not offering any secure update"...

Here is advice how to get extensions built for FF2 running under FF3:

This got the extension installed (you can access preferences, etc.),
but the icons are not showing up and RDF autodiscovery links are
probably not detected. There still must be something wrong. Can anyone
suggest what's the problem?

Try the version attached, it should work.

I just added support for RDFa to SemRadar on svn. You can test in any
webpage that has RDFa embedded (mine for example). Apologise for the
delay in solve this task.
