You could check the RDF data made available through http://webdatacommons.org/ (see "Download the Extracted RDF Data" section). The whole dataset includes data using a variety of schemas, but you could easily extract SIOC triples from it. The data is available as nquads which makes it easy to filter what you are interested in.
