Hi all,
Sorry it took me so long to get into this, but I've finally
reimplemented the IRC logging system. The new system is in test use for
the #sioc channel at http://irc.sioc-project.org/

What's new:
* easier for everyone to improve:
* written in Python
* changes to the data analysis code cause immediate re-analysis of all
past data
* code collaboration at http://github.com/tuukka/sioclog
* channel and user "profiles":
* e.g. http://irc.sioc-project.org/users/CaptSolo#user
* e.g. http://irc.sioc-project.org/sioc#channel
* sioc:User links to foaf:Person (links currently pulled in from
mttlbot's knowledge base)
* FOAF data pulled in from the web and displayed on user pages

What's missing? Need to:
* cache analysis results (needed for scalability) and external data
(needed for speed)
* show links from channel profiles to user profiles and vice versa
* show latest messages by a user or on a channel
* express more in SIOC: joins, parts, quits, topic changes
* analyse message contents for sioc:links_to, triples in the microturtle
syntax etc.
* better usability
* design page layout
* navigation from the daily log to next or previous
* ... (add your wish here)
