සිංහල Rendering not working properly in Linux

Hi,
I'm using Arch Linux.
After the recent package upgrades, Sinhala rendering is not working properly anywhere. (This is not related to particular browser or application.)
Example: Ro "රෝ"
My pango version is pango-1.32.1
Anybody experiencing this?
