Wordpress Blog in both Sinhala and English

Hi,

I have a wordpress blog with both english and sinhala articles. But
the articles in Sinhala apprears as gibberish. I am running on
Wordpress 2.9 and I have installed all necessary fonts and tools on my
PC [Others have the same problem viewing the sinhala articles). I can
view other sinhala unicode sites correctly. What could be the problem?
Do I have to change the code in the HTML to fix this problem?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

මා හිතන්නේ ගැටළුව ඇත්තේ ඔබේ වෙබ් සර්වර් එකේ mysql දත්ත ගබඩාව utf සහාය
සඳහා හරිහැටි සකසා නැති කම විය යුතුයි. ඔබ ද්විභාෂා සහාය ලබා ගන්නේ
wordpress plugin එකක් මගින්ද? මගේ අත්දැකීමෙන් නම් හොඳම ද්විභාෂා
ප්‍රතිඵල ගෙනදෙන්නේ qTranslate wordpress plugin එකයි.

මෙතන සටහන් ලියා ඇත්තේ qTranslate මගිනුයි.
