Scheduler problems

Hi,

I am currently having trouble with the scheduler for Singing and Dancing. When I load a document/news item and need the notification to go out at a certain time it fails. The document will show in the channel preview and collector view but will not go out at the time specified in the scheduler. Does anybody have any clue as to why this would be happening and what to do about it?
