Any students here who love ruby and also rails

Any students here like me who love ruby language and also rails. Just
wanted to see how many youngster nowadays got caught into this
language.
I'm a student in RP and have been using both ruby and ROR for 1 and a
half year. i had not found anyone in my school using ruby or ROR
except myself(lonely) :(. Maybe they are hiding somewhere just like
me.

Maybe you can start a thread on your school forum or organize a RoR
talk for your campus? That might attract those hidden gems to come out
into the open. :)

I'm a student, though I'm not based in Singapore (actually in Malaysia).

Doesn't matter if you don't find fellow students or not, all you need
is like minded people, and you have singapore-rb :).

Perhaps you can show your friends the work you've done in rails, and
convince them over?
I tried convincing my project group to adopt rails by presenting it's
features and some code samples, but failed since it is new and
untested to them.
I think if you could make a really cool application or mashup, I'm
sure you'll suddenly find many others interested in rails.
