what happened to the LOD Cloud Cache

Hi
sorry if this is off topic. The LOD cloud cache http://lod.openlinksw.com/,
which I believe is linked to the Sindice project, seems to have been
unavailable since last week. I am not able to find any contact details
specific to the project so I am posting here. Could anyone suggest
what happened and will the service become available again?
