Bugfix: Unable to delete unix hosts and unix details tab mixup

This is a minor release to fix a few bugs. You can download version
2.1 from the main site: http://simpleness.stlsawall.com/. This is the
fully installable version, however, to fix the bugs, you only need to
replace the following files:

AC_OETags.js
history.htm
history.js
history.swf
index.html
index.swf

The bug was that if you click on the "Unix" line in the main window,
it would take you to the Microsoft Details tab versus the Unix Details
tab. Also, when logged in, users were unable to delete hosts when
highlighting a host and clicking the delete link. These have both
been resolved.
