New extension manager

Hello All,

the new extension manager is ready!

Here are some facts:
- All extensions are open source
- Everybody can contribute extensions!
- GPL compatible licenses can be used (see
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#GPLCompatibleLicenses)
- Extensions extend and customize Simple Groupware:
- Extensions can be new or customized modules
- Extensions can be changes to the Simple Groupware source code
- Extensions can be new views, icons, styles
- ...
- Extensions can be specific to a certain business or company
- All extensions will be reviewed for security and stability problems
- The repository for all extensions will be hosted on SourceForge.net

To get your extensions published, please upload them to the patch
tracker:

small hint so I can add it or change it!
