* complete error messages, screenshots
* relevant entries from /Workspace/System/Events (log in as super
administrator)
* environment information: browser name/version, database name/
version, webserver name/version, PHP version, Simple Groupware
version, etc.
* database dumps (if necessary)
* a detailed description of your problem
