trouble to install .625 with postgresql

La connexion à la base de données a échoué.


i can use postgresql with pgadmin3 and phpPgAdmin  but can not connect with sgs.

Nothing appear in pgsql log it is why i am not sure is comming from my config ....

did someone install the newest version with postgresql database ?

administrator)
* environment information: browser name/version, database name/
version, webserver name/version, PHP version, Simple Groupware

yes sure but did you try to install 0.625 on postgresql ?

centOs 5
php 5.1.6
postgrsql 8.4

installation with postgresql 8.40 works without any problem with 0.625
on my system.
You might check your PostgreSQL configuration or try to google for
"could not connect to server Permission denied postgresql".
Another option might be to use MySQL.

for my installation web server and database are on same computer.

I try my postregsql config on ubuntu then installing Simple
Groupware ! it ' s work fine ...

but on my CentOs I have to use /tmp instead of localhost (or /var/run/
postgresql) to work and using Unix socket (rpm distribution)

and the database connections is ok
