Josh,
Yes we should and since we only added a method to an interface that only sbt
needs to implement, it should be compatible with 0.2.

I published 0.3 with this change. xsbt 0.6.9 will use this version of test-
interface. Test frameworks shouldn't need to be recompiled/republished unless
they want to use the 'trace' method added to Logger.
