For some time we hosted primary development at zepheira (your first
repo). However, we recently shifted the primary repo to simile-widgets
(your second). The intent is for zepheira to become a fork of
simile-widgets, thought that hasn't happened yet.

So, you should fork simile-widgets.

the link to the repo from here http://www.simile-widgets.org/exhibit3/ still points to zepheira, should it?

So, you should fork simile-widgets.
