Hey,

While I find the googlesitemaps perfect for most sites, I have had the need to write something different which makes it easier to get DataObjects showing in the sitemap when the DataObject is accessible via a url (using a controller) say categories for example.

The module provides an interface for your SiteTree classes or DataObject classes to implement.

I hope someone finds a use for it.

Cheers,
Cam

Your timing is uncanny; I'd been putting off fixing this on two sites
with custom controllers for weeks :)

Same thing here. Have been using the regular sitemap module and
realized I'd have to tweak it for some of my sites and have been
putting it off. I'm very much looking forward to try this out :D

Thanks for the interest, did anyone get to try it out? Would be great to have another person test it.

I've installed it, and it appears to be working fine. Thanks for
sharing the module.
