Problem Checking out trunk

Hi All,
I have been trying to Alpha test 2.4 since last week. The trouble it I cannot checkout all the files.
I get to: cms/javascript/LeftAndMain.js and I keep getting asked for a Username and Password. Has someone locked this file? I can't really help you guys out if I can't checkout the files :(.

Hi Mo,
I can't replicate this issue myself. What is the svn checkout command
that you're executing?

Hmm, ok, I just did this from the CLI and it didn't seem to throw anything up. I was initially trying to do it through my IDE (Aptana), and that was throwing up an error, saying that I needed to login to access that file.
In both occasions the files are being pulled down via SVN:Externals, as per your Wiki page.
Thanks for looking your end Sam, I guess there is an error with my software :(.
