New Widgets: IMStatus, Language Chooser

Thanks to the Google contest we're currently running, we're going to
be launching a large number of widgets that in the first instance can
be used to extend the blog module, but in time will allow your overall
SilverStripe website to be improved.

IMStatus Widget 0.1
Shows your current instant messaging state (for AIM/.Mac, ICQ, Yahoo!
and Skype) on your SilverStripe blog. By Simon Welsh.

LanguageChooser Widget 0.1
Allows you to select the language to browse the website with. By Simon
Welsh.
