UserForms 0.2.1 Update

In the true sprit of giving and just in time for christmas we have an
update for the UserForms module. This update (0.2.1) is a security
update designed for sites running UserForms on 2.3 sites. If you are
running the 2.4 branch or 2.4a then you are recommended to continue
running the daily builds "trunk".

As well as patching a security hole this release also has some other
minor changes including fixes for publishing dropdown fields (ticket
#4586) as well as a migration script for your 0.1 and original 0.2
forms.

If you plan on upgrading from the 0.1 release then you should run the /
dev/tasks/UserFormsMigrationTask task after you install the update. If
you're upgrading from the original 0.2 release (not using the branches/
0.2) and your form fields disappear then you will need to run the /dev/
tasks/UserFormsVersionedTask task which will republish your forms.
