SQL Server Database "mssql" module 0.9.5

We have a new release of the SQL Server Database "mssql" module available: 0.9.5

Notable changes

 * Full-text search fixes, including unit test pass

 * Bug fix where dev/build tried to drop an index that doesn't exist

 * Transactions have been disabled because they don't work properly on sqlsrv drivers (yet to be determined how to fix)

 * numRecords() not suppported on sqlsrv, manual count performed instead (see http://open.silverstripe.org/ticket/5622)
