track record of results and energy to manage explosive sales growth.
Must be Sydney based. I'm loathed to brief a search firm but can do if
necessary. Any advice, thoughts welcome.

I'm doing some research into online startups, and am looking for a
website that people planning a new business idea can find others to
collaborate with.

For example, I have an idea for an online shop but need to find a
designer and developer to who would be happy to collaborate with for a
share in the business.

Really interested in any online resources that are really focused on
startups.
