Shoutchat is not working.  I fill in the boxes and click send but
nothing happens.  I have looked at the DB tables and found that they
are not being updated.  no rows inserted.

I have checked the $str_dsn = 'mysql: string in the config file and
everything looks correct.  anyway to turn on error reporting or any
suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.
