Hi there,
I am perhaps the most naive computer person you have ever known.  I
had the
support team install  "ShoutBox" on both of my Forums, and in both of
them,
they are only on the opening  page and are not seen by anyone but me!
Since
I know for a fact that they are  sick of me, I thought that
perhaps I could find help here.
PLEASE....can someone please help me please?
